OUR ELDER BOARD
Galena Bible Church is governed as an elder lead church. In addition to our church elders, Galena Bible Church partners with missionaries for the purposes of church planting and missions.

MARTIN HORNFISCHERMartin is an elder of Galena Bible Church and has been with the church since November 2010. Him and his wife Silke have five sons: Finn, Calvin, Rueven, Levi, and Judah.

MARCUS HOCHSTETLERMarcus and Hali have been with the church since fall 2022 and are now parents to Samuel and Hudson. Marcus serves in keeping the grounds and takes care of volunteer groups, maintenance, and a lot of the behind the scenes work.

BRITT MARTINBritt is a former intern of Martin's and first came to Galena October 2022. He and his wife Amanda also used to work at the boarding school. They serve the church with worship, leading youth group, and welcomed their son Oren to the family this summer. Britt also works a part time job at the ACC store and is now the primary teacher on Sunday.
